I have worked in Information Services at HKBU Library for over 12 years. Prior to that, I was a school librarian at two international schools in Hong Kong.
My major responsibilities are instruction and reference services, and I am constantly trying to improve the effectiveness and reach of our information literacy programme. More recently I have much thought into making our e-resource more discoverable and accessible to students.
