Erin Leach is Special Collections Cataloging Librarian at the University of Georgia and a first year PhD student in UGA’s Institute of Higher Education. Erin’s interests include the formation of relationships between technical services and public services library workers, storytelling as a vehicle for conveying the value of well-formed metadata, and the role that lived experience plays in the act of cataloging.
