Jessica McMillen is the Director of Systems at West Virginia University (WVU) Libraries, where she has worked in various roles since 2007. She is currently working with campus and library leadership to improve digital accessibility and meet ADA Title II requirements at WVU. She holds a BA in History and German from WVU and a MSLIS from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
