Keondra is the Standards Program Manager at NISO. Prior to joining NISO, she worked at Duke University Press as the Digital Access Specialist. As part of her position, she provided technical assistance to troubleshoot a wide range of complex electronic resource issues involving user authentication, co-access, and usage statistics. She received her MLS with a concentration in Digital Libraries from North Carolina Central University.
