Mia Ricci is the Director of Publications Operations at AGU, a global community supporting more than half a million advocates and professionals in the Earth and space sciences, where she oversees AGU’s 24 scientific journals and their preprint server. Mia also leads the diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility efforts for AGU’s publications and serves in committees for CSE, C4DISC, and the Joint Commitment for Action on Inclusion and Diversity in Scholarly Publishing. She is a member of the Board of Directors for SSP and is a member of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders in Geosciences (AAPIIG).
